    Open meetings are available to anyone interested in Alcoholics Anonymous’ program of recovery from alcoholism. Nonalcoholics may attend open meetings as observers.

    This is an open meditation meeting where all are welcome. No prior meditation experience is required. We started this group in early 2022 and have reliably had weekly meetings since then. We generally provide a guided meditation by one of our members or from the abundant library of recordings. We follow the meditation with a recovery related discussion.
